10月20日，韩国纺织服装研究院KATRI（KATRI Testing & Research Institute）与华测检测认证集团股份有限公司（简称CTI华测检测，股票代码300012）签署了谅解备忘录（MOU），旨在促进双方在中国国家标准（GB）检测领域的合作。
CTI华测检测总部位于中国深圳，是一家综合性测试、检验和认证 (TIC) 机构，服务范围涵盖纺织品、服装、玩具及电子产品等多个领域。
此次合作旨在为向中国出口产品的韩国企业提供更便捷的国标检测服务，并加强双方在相关检测领域的协作。
根据协议，双方将合作支持符合中国国家标准的纺织产品、进行产品测试并提供与测试结果相关的技术支持。此外，双方还计划扩大合作范围，涵盖更多产品类别和服务，进一步增强测试能力和客户支持。
KATRI院长Shin Dong-jun表示：“通过此次协议，我们希望韩国企业能够更顺畅地获取出口中国所需的检测服务。”他补充道，“我们将继续扩大与国际检测认证机构的合作，积极支持韩国企业开拓海外市场。”

KATRI Signs Memorandum of Understanding with China’s CTI，Strengthening Cooperation and Technical Support for GB Testing Services for Exports to China
On October 20, KATRI Testing & Research Institute (KATRI) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Centre Testing International Group Co., Ltd. (CTI) to foster mutual cooperation in the field of testing against Chinese National Standards (GB).

Headquartered in Shenzhen, China, CTI is a comprehensive testing, inspection, and certification organization that provides services across various sectors, including textiles, apparel, toys, and electronic products.
This agreement was established to facilitate the provision of GB-standard testing services for domestic companies exporting products to China and to strengthen cooperation in relevant testing areas.
Under this partnership, the two organizations will collaborate on areas such as supporting GB-standard compliance for textile products, conducting product testing, and providing technical support regarding test results. Moving forward, they plan to expand the scope of covered products and services, thereby enhancing the expertise of their testing offerings and improving their capacity to respond to client needs.
Shin Dong-jun, President of KATRI, stated, "Through this agreement, we expect domestic companies to gain smoother access to the testing services required for exports to China," adding, "We will continue to expand our cooperation with international testing and certification bodies to actively support domestic companies in entering overseas markets."
